I had a very small job that needed to be done. This company doesn’t normally do small jobs but they made a huge sacrifice for me since we are selling the house. In the beginning, there was a mix up in communication but the owner was quick to get in touch with me and insure that the issue was addressed. In fact, he offered to fix the roof for FREE in return for the issues in the beginning. This is what I call excellent customer service. When a company will treat small customers just as important as they do companies who hire them for larger jobs.

Ragsdale Roofing installed new roof on my home in 2020. They arrived when they said they would, explained what they were doing each step of the way. They were very professional throughout, so much so that I had them do new roofs on two rental properties. Nearly two years later and I have not had a single issue with any of the roofs. Easy to do business with and high quality work.

We asked for a self-pay estimate and it was completed quickly. Ragsdale Roofing was the best price for the best quality shingle and materials with plenty of positive online reviews/ history to make me feel confident in choosing them. Beau was responsive in getting us scheduled quickly and with all other follow-up needs. I was out of town when they completed the job, yet I came home a couple days later to a clean site, not a trace in sight except for a brand new roof! I’d recommend them fully.

This company is excellent. First, the communication is exceptional. I never had an issue reaching anyone and they kept consistent transparent communication with me. Second, they were on time, every time. That is a rare trait to witness lately. From the evaluation, to receiving the quote, to the work starting was all right on the dot or earlier. Other vendors I had come out to quote had large window show times, and all of them were late. Not Ragsdale roofing. Beyond service, their work was phenomenal and very fair priced. The project was completed in two days and on day one they ensured everything was clean before they left. They did not leave single piece of debris before leaving the job site. I was referred to Bo by a family friend, and after seeing the quality of work his crew was doing on their house—as well as several other homes in their neighborhood—I decided to call. I spoke with his wife the same day, and within 45 minutes, Bo was at my house doing an estimate. I was honestly shocked because his quote came in thousands of dollars lower than several other roofing companies I had already gotten estimates from. After speaking with Bo a few days later, I gave him the go-ahead, and he had his crew at my house the very next day ready to get the job done. My home was built in 2001 and needed more repairs than expected due to issues with how the original roof was installed. Bo and his crew were knowledgeable, thorough, and addressed problems that could have caused major damage down the road. They added a cricket and rain diverters to help prevent future water issues on my two-story home, which gave me peace of mind.
